Senior collaborators

1.      Ph. D. Nevenka TROHA, senior scientific collaborator, born in 1951, Doctorate of Science 1996.

She researches the problems of the Venezia Giulia after 1945 and the Free Territory of Trieste (1947 - 1954), and especially the relations of Slovenes and Italians to the military formations (the Allies and Yugoslavs), relations between individual nations and within them, and the relations between Italy and Yugoslavia.

2.      Ph. D. Damijan GUŠTIN, scientific collaborator, born in 1955, Doctorate of Science 1999.

Essentially his research is dedicated to the history of the army during the Second World War involving questions about the formation and structure of the Slovene Partisan army and the broader question of the role of the soldier in the 20th century. He is also assistant lecturer in military history at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Ljubljana.

3.      Ph. D. Mojca ŠORN, assistant collaborator, born 1969, Doctorate of Science 2006.

She was part of the working team on the project "Casualties of war from the territory of the Republic of Slovenia during and immediately after the Second World War". Now she researches every day life during the Second World War in Slovenia.

4.      Marta RENDLA, expert collaborator, born 1974.

She took part in the working team on the project "Casualties of war from the territory of the Republic of Slovenia during and immediately after the Second World War". On the basis of existing literature and archival sources she collects and documents information about all the victims of the war in Slovenia in the period April 1941 - January 1946.
